In order to manage urban and regional development processes in line with the conservation and sustainable development of World Heritage properties, the UNESCO Guidelines stipulate the elaboration of Management Plans. Management Plans serve as a strategic tool to preserve World Heritage properties in line with urban and regional development so as to safeguard them in the medium and long term. We offer professional support for the preparation of Management Plans as well as the facilitation and moderation of participation processes as part of their compilation.
The office also has experience in preparing complementary plans in UNESCO World Heritage properties and their environment. This applies in particular to the preparation of master plans which control the qualitative orientation of urban and regional development in line with the preservation of cultural heritage.
